stuck in a sales rut

It is really easy to get stuck in a rut in sales and not realize that you are.

Things are going well. You are closing sales. Nothing seems out of place. So you keep doing things the way you are doing them.

I've got news for you. This is exactly the time that you need to shake things up. It is time to think about the things you are doing that are working. Write them down and then ask yourself how you can do the same thing differently.
