Violet Alexandre is a dynamic and passionate entrepreneur. She has more than 15 years of strategic business development success in enterprises ranging from Fortune 500 companies to private equity backed start-ups. She has a strong belief that there is a gap in the startup ecosystem as it relates to sales strategy and execution. As a Startup Business Development Consultant, she works side by side entrepreneurs to develop and implement strategies leading to meaningful traction.
Violet graduated with a BA in Communication Science from the College of Allied Health Professions at Temple University as class Valedictorian. She worked at Eli Lilly as a top-performing pharmaceutical sales representative immediately following college. Subsequently joining a privately held laboratory services company marketing a full range of products in the anatomical pathology field, she was promoted to Vice President of Sales in four years. She was a key member of the team in the sale of a majority of the company to a private equity fund. With an innate entrepreneurial spirit, she spent two years establishing and building a business and brand in the health and wellness industry that was profitable in its first year and nearly doubled its revenue in its second year.
Her hobbies include singing, songwriting, running, creative writing, and gluten free cooking.
